Clairsentience
What: FEELING. That “gut” feeling. The ability to receive information through the senses or
emotions. Also feeling things with touch (psychometry), such as with stones.
Where: The solar plexus—the third chakra– is the master antennae for clairsentience, from just
below the navel to the top of the diaphragm. Also, the second chakra, the feeling chakra.
Blocks: Being in the head…
Clairaudience
What: HEARING. The ability to attain auditory information
Where: Above the ears, the temporal lobe, the 5th Chakra.
Blocks: Judgment and self-censorship can quickly overpower the quiet voice of clairaudience.
Clairvoyance
What: SEEING. The ability to receive mental images or actual events. “The soul never speaks without a
picture.” – Simone Wright, author of First Intelligence
Where: The brow, the sixth chakra, the 3rd Eye.
Blocks: Fear of pain of seeing, of psychic gifts. “If I don’t “see” something painful, I will be in less
trauma.”
Claircognizance
What: KNOWING. The ability to have ideas/thoughts directly from Spirit as in telepathy and by simple
knowing.
Where: Crown of the head, the seventh chakra. Also, heart intelligence.
Block: Anodea Judith, author of my favorite book on the chakras, Eastern Body, Western
Mind, says that attachment is the “demon” of the crown chakra. How are your attachments
interfering with your claircognizance?
