Twenty-three years ago I found a stone in my driveway that looked like the Old Man on the Mountain. Something drew me to it — an eye shaped like a heart. I started propping it next to my computer and typing what I felt it was saying to me. Over the years I came to understand I was channeling a Hathor: a being of extraordinary wisdom and a master of sound healing. I named him Stoneman, and his wisdom is behind much of what I teach in Awakening Prana.
For these collections, Stoneman transmitted to me the specific healing frequencies (Hz) for each of the 9 Steps. I brought those transmissions to Nick Raineri, a musician who has worked deeply with this lineage, and he crafted ten sound healings that carry all of it. The guided meditations follow the same journey — putting the spiritual practices into language you can understand.
