Refers to the process by which two vibrating systems of different frequencies begin to synchronize or resonate with each other, causing their frequencies to become more similar over time. For the purposes of spiritual healing we entrain to a higher vibration, that of our soul, Higher Self, atman self.
This is a centerpiece of our energy body between the heart chakra and the thymus gland and a nexus point that can integrate the radiance of our true divine nature with our everyday life as a human on the planet. It is a navigation point along the path to more of our soul’s presence in everyday life. Coming into balance in the sacred heart helps give us a momentum to fulfill the joys of our soul’s mission.
This is a stand-alone immersion, but it aligns beautifully with Annie’s broader Awakening Prana work. Many choose to go deeper after attending.
Between the heart and throat chakras, you can feel a resonance when you tap it there…the location as well of the thymus.
These are the strands of DNA that feed your receptivity to matter. I just attended Annie’s sound healing workshop and really enjoyed it. I left with a greater sense of confidence in regards to adding sound healing to my reiki sessions. I have only wonderful things to say about Annie’s HeartMind Healing Academy! It was an extraordinary experience to be in an intense learning environment for that 6 months. We learned and healed at an accelerated pace, and the month in between gave us time to process what we’ve learned. Annie, is a truly gifted teacher. From her own experiences as a healer and student she has been a tremendous resource to all who take her classes. The most important thing she taught me was trust.
