Every sense is an element doing a specific job in the body. Smell and hearing move on Air. Touch is Earth, the boundary where you meet the world. Sight is Fire, light turned into meaning. Taste is Water, the world dissolving and becoming known. And the sixth sense is Ether, direct perception with no organ required. A sense doesn’t grow faint because it ages. It grows faint because the element behind it has thinned — and a thinned element can be asked to fill back in.

In this Circle, I teach the elemental foundation behind all six senses, guide a 360 awareness practice drawn from the samurai tradition, and walk you through a personal assessment for locating exactly where elemental depletion lives in your own senses. From there, you’ll receive the invocation for asking each element directly to repair and restore.
