Diary of a Healer # 12, by Annie Bond

Beautiful and unexpected gifts can come in for people when connecting etherically to loved ones who have died. To orient yourself to this, it does take some belief that there is no death of the spirit when a person passes on from the physical body. Ultimately, it is possible that the person left behind can discover how a death can heal.

Evelyn lost her husband suddenly a few months ago. A few weeks before he died we had had a session in which she expressed some inner conflict about her marriage, feeling that it clipped her wings.

In hopes to connect to him since his passing, Evelyn had been to a gifted medium and gained some peace from her husband’s presence and words.

Seeing and Understanding Energy

Talking together at the start of her recent session with me, she clearly yearned for more communication with him. I am not a medium, but I do “see” energy and receive claircognizant understanding of the meaning behind an energy’s expression.

We decided to make contact with her husband and I asked him to join us. This is not an unusual practice for me.

Her husband came forward immediately when asked, happy to be invited. It appeared that he was still sloughing off the remainder of his personality’s dense programming and trauma from this recent lifetime, but he quickly cleared from the lower vibrational energy he appeared to be working through to show up in his full and radiant light body. With love and devotion he melded with Evelyn.

Clearing and Letting Go

In the following healing for Evelyn there was an energetic focus on her liver and heart. She harbored anger and resentment in her marriage, feeling conflict within her heart. The old stuck energy needed to go, and I worked on clearing her liver and heart chakra.

It became clear that her husband knew on some level that his personality restricted Evelyn’s flow of higher energy and in some ways his passing allowed her to be in this energy now. I felt that he was in full comprehension of the limitations his personality put on her and was supporting her now so that her vibration could rise.

Did he choose his early death out of love for her so that she could still spread her wings in this lifetime?

The melding of his energy with hers was a beautiful giving of love from one who had passed. The meeting seemed a perfect communion on a soul level, and demonstrated how a death can heal.
