Through January 25, 2025, your registration fees will be refunded less: $150 administrative fee, any resulting financial service fees and retreat venue fees.

After January 25, 2025, a verifiable medical condition or a death in the family are the only refunds that can be granted.

Note there can be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness.

While Awakening Prana Retreats makes advance commitments to retreat centers and accommodations on behalf of our participants, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide peace of mind and protect your investment, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for your retreat experience.

In the rare event that Awakening Prana Retreats must cancel a retreat, we will fully refund all payments and deposits you’ve made toward your retreat registration. In the event of a retreat cancellation due to weather, natural disasters, or political unrest, we will do our utmost to advocate for refunds from our venue partners, but we cannot guarantee a refund. We are unable to reimburse airfare or other travel expenses under any circumstance.

Again, to ensure complete financial protection for your entire retreat investment, including travel arrangements, we strongly encourage all participants to secure comprehensive travel insurance.
